Engagements
A website, an audit, and one of three tiers
Every engagement is the same three things in the same order. What differs is only the tier that follows — and the audit tells us which one, so neither of us is guessing.
The order
We never quote the build before the audit is delivered.
A fixed price is only safe when the scope is known, and the audit is how it becomes known. You pay for that discovery instead of us hiding it inside a padded build price — and the findings are yours whether or not you hire us for the work they recommend.
The tier follows the findings, not the budget.
The audit traces one real job through your firm and shows where the waiting is. If it sits at intake, you need Growth. If it sits inside delivery, more leads would make things worse — and we will say so.
The tiers
Three monthly tiers
Each one contains the one below it entirely. Prices assume one location and one website; additional locations and sites are priced in each tier.
Sustainment
$2,000 / month
The site stays correct, the measurement stays true, the compliance stays current — and once a month someone tells you what the numbers mean and what to do next.
Growth
$4,500 / month
Everything in Sustainment, plus the local search, content and review work that actually moves you. The first tier where we manage your marketing rather than report on it.
Compounding
$8,500 / month
Everything in Growth, plus demand we generate and measure to the phone call — and the internal machine rebuilt so your firm can absorb it.
Tier 1 · $2,000 / month
Sustainment
For firms whose work comes from referral and repeat business, who need the website to keep working and the reporting to be honest.
- 01
Hosting, deployment and patching
Your site runs on infrastructure you own. Changes go live through a tested pipeline rather than someone editing a live page. Software is kept current on a severity clock, and the backup is actually restored on a schedule rather than assumed to work.
- 02
Uptime and speed monitoring
We find out before you do. The three speed measures Google ranks on are checked every month against real visitor data — and regressions get fixed, not just reported.
- 03
Measurement integrity
The tracking that was right at launch is still right. Events firing, tags not drifted, attribution intact. This is the thing that silently breaks and nobody notices for a year.
- 04
Accessibility monitoring
Every page scanned on a schedule against WCAG, with the failures listed and a plan for them. It reports; it injects nothing into your site and it claims no compliance.
- 05
Privacy and consent review
Your banner, your privacy pages and your tracking re-read every month against current law — and changed when the law moves. Regulation moves faster than your website does.
- 06
The monthly report
One page: what moved, what it cost, what it produced, and the one thing worth doing next. The numbers are pulled automatically; the narrative is written by a person. Plus a read of your rankings, reviews and conversion rates — and one change to the site each month.

Tier 2 · $4,500 / month
Growth
Everything in Sustainment, plus the work that moves you in local search. For firms where the map pack is where customers are choosing, and the owner has become the bottleneck.
- 01
Google Business Profile management
Primary category, services, hours, photos and posting cadence. The single highest-leverage lever in local search — and a decision rather than a product.
- 02
Rank grids, citations and directories
A map showing where you rank block by block, so movement is visible rather than asserted. Your name, address and phone made identical everywhere that feeds the map pack, and kept that way.
- 03
Review generation
Every finished customer asked for a review, on a schedule, routed to the profile that matters. Automatic, not remembered.
- 04
Pages and content briefs
A page for each thing you do and each area you serve, built from your own material. What each page has to cover in order to rank, and how your pages connect to one another.
- 05
AI search visibility
The work that gets you cited when someone asks an AI assistant for a recommendation — and monitoring to tell you whether it is actually happening.
- 06
Conversion path review
One page a month examined against what visitors actually do, and one change made to it. Plus the manual accessibility audit each quarter, included at this tier.

We do not sell content. We sell pages that are measured.
Every piece we write is built against a brief the audit produced, published to a site we built, wired to tracking we installed, and reported on in the monthly narrative. The deliverable is a measured page, not an article. If what you want is a blog to fill a calendar, we are the wrong firm and we will say so.
Tier 3 · $8,500 / month
Compounding
Everything in Growth, plus demand we generate and measure to the phone call. For firms buying demand — and for firms where more leads would break something.
- 01
Paid search
Budget, geography, bid strategy, landing pages and conversion wiring on Google Ads. Your ad spend is billed by Google directly to you and never passes through us — we charge for the management, not a percentage of what you spend.
- 02
Call tracking and recording
A different phone number for each marketing source, so you know which ad made the phone ring — and a recording of what was said.
- 03
Lead qualification
We mark which calls were real leads and send only those back to Google, so the bidding optimises for customers instead of for the phone ringing. Most firms never do this, and it is the difference between spending on volume and spending on revenue.
- 04
Speed-to-lead
An enquiry gets an answer in seconds and lands with the right person. A missed call triggers a text back before the caller has put the phone down.
- 05
Review responses
Every review answered inside an agreed time, in your voice, by a person.
- 06
Operations engineering, standing
Monthly: how work actually moves through the firm, what tools crept in, what integrations broke, what is being paid for twice. Data cleaned. One to two new automations built each month — the part that compounds, because month nine is worth more than month one. New staff trained on the systems, so the machine survives turnover.

Standalone
Projects, with or without a tier
Available whether or not you are on a monthly tier.
- 01
Expert accessibility audit and VPAT — $4,500 to $9,500
A qualified human tester, including testers with disabilities, works through your site and writes up what actually fails. The VPAT is the procurement document that summarises it, and it is what larger clients and government buyers ask for. Remediation is billed separately at $275 an hour — and it is the only step that actually reduces your exposure.
- 02
Measurement rescue — $2,700 to $4,500
Your tracking is wrong and you suspect it. Events rebuilt, attribution restored, and a snapshot captured of where you were before anything else changes.
- 03
Privacy and consent remediation — $2,750 to $4,400
Consent handled properly for both European and American visitors, advertising pixels removed from intake forms, session recording brought inside the law.
How pricing works
Four things worth saying plainly
- Fixed fees, agreed before we start. The audit and the build are fixed. The monthly tier is fixed. Add-ons are quoted once and do not become an hourly relationship.
- Software licences are included. The tools underneath — monitoring, consent, rank tracking, call tracking and the rest — are covered by the monthly fee. We name them, so you always know what is running on your site and who provides it.
- Advertising spend is never billed through us. If we manage paid search, Google bills you directly.
- No long contracts. Monthly tiers run month to month after an initial three months. The three months exist because nothing in local search or measurement produces a readable result faster than that — and we would rather say so now than take a fee for a month that could not have worked.
Boundaries
What we don't do
Saying this out loud protects the work. Each of these gets asked for, and each one pulls toward being a generic agency.
- Standalone branding, logo or identity work
- Content or social media that is not attached to measurement we installed
- One-off websites with no measurement attached
- Strategy decks with no implementation
- Accessibility overlay widgets — the one-line scripts that claim to make a site compliant. They do not, the claim is now a liability, and we will show you the enforcement record if you have been sold one
- Anything touching protected health information, until the compliance question is settled
